victories
no sweets today, even though they were brought to my home
no pop today good breakfast, even though i was running late
good lunch, cooked it at work!
what i'd like to do better tomorrow
no eating after 7:30pm
arise early to eat breakfast
walk or go to curves
drink more water
eat a better dinner
i really, really want some hersey kisses with peanut butter, but i'm writing in here instead. really, really want them. hmmm... will go drink some chocolate soy milk to take the edge off. another victory!
