new day, new victories
so far, so good! no major temptations today, only a slight headache as i continue my sugar-detox, and enjoy every bite of food.
some observations
- don't really like the go lean, much prefer the go lean crunch
- don't really like whole food's soymilk. prefer trader joes or silk
- silk soy milk really fills me up (probably not healthy, but at least is organic)
- don't really like veggies. have no idea how i'm going to get them into my system. blech!
some small victories to celebrate
- no binge eating (so far..um... it's been two days)
- no sugar
- no caffeine
what i'd like to do better
- eating only when i'm actually hungry
- EXERCISE, dammit!
- picking the foods that actually fill me up, rather than leave me so very hungry before my next feeding
- listen to my body
