dinner was a bit on the heavy side - 5 layer dip from Trader Joes (1.5 spoonfuls and chips), a Chicken Burrito and a HUGE glass of chocolate soy milk (had to fight those cravings, baby!). will try to do better tomorrow. i wasn't even hungry after the dip and the soy milk, but i got nervous that i would get hungry, so i ate it anyway. bad choice. feel like a bulldozer. didn't exercise. realize that if i'm going to, it needs to be in the morning.
tomorrow, i think i'll go with...
- kashi cereal in the morn, with a side of cottage cheese
- orange for a snack
- spinach pizza from t.j. for lunch
- zone bar & 1/2 banana for snack
- fajitas for din-din
EXERCISE
