the five p's

i'm starting a "new way of eating" today.
not a diet, just a change of habits.
if i put it here, it feels official.

the what
go easy on the carbs
skip desserts during the week
no sweetened soda
make activity a priority (walking and curves)

the why
because of my sister's wedding in august
because of my camping trip in july
because i want to run a 5k in july
because i want to feel worthy enough to dream

the how
proper preparation prevents poor preformance


it's not the will to win, but the will to prepare that makes a difference.
