day 2

two more small victories to celebrate: i got up early enough to eat breakfast, and packed a lunch of chicken, red peppers, cucumbers and strawberries.

seriously, my body isn't going to know what to do with all of this good stuff. here is what would have happened on a normal day.

- get up too late to eat
- grab something from vending machine, or eat leftovers from the night before, or drive through mcdonald's or try to fill myself with the mixed nuts & cheez it's in my drawer.
- get lunch from wherever someone was going
- carryout for dinner

tonight, i think i'm going to try one of the trader joe meals in my freezer. maybe make a bowl of mixed greens?

already tired. maybe i should be eating ONLY protein for breakfast. today, i tried kashi cereal with bananas and soy milk. that may not be the best idea for breakfast. we shall see.

try to go to the grocery store tonight to get:
- string cheese
- cheese for salads
- amy's meals
